Dave Martin, PGA
Head Professional and Membership Director
Dave has been the Head Golf Professional at Elizabeth Manor since May of 2019. He was an Assistant Professional at Elizabeth Manor from 2004 to 2011. Dave has been a Class A member of the PGA since 2013. Dave is an accomplished instructor and enjoys growing the game. Outside of work he enjoys snowboarding, and playing golf with his son.
Erick Mellott, PGA
Director of Golf
Erick joined the Elizabeth Manor Team in March of 2025. He came to Elizabeth Manor from Golden Horseshoe where he served as Director of Golf for the past decade. Erick was awarded his Class-A PGA Membership in 1997 and has vast experience with private, public and resort golf properties. Erick has been married to his lovely wife, Laura, for 26 years. They have two sons, Noah & Chase and two Cavalier King Charles puppies, Cooper & Chloe. Outside of Golf, Erick enjoys bowling and a relaxing day on the boat with his family.
Tim Poland, PGA
Assistant Golf Professional
Tim joined our Elizabeth Manor Team in 2021. He had been a member of the Williamsburg Golf Club Professional staff since 2007. He is a Quarter Century member of the PGA of America and was recently inducted into the Gloucester High School Athletic Hall of Fame. Tim is an accomplished player and instructor and has been a well-known professional locally for years. Outside of golf Tim studied Karate for 11 Years and earned a 3rd degree Black Belt in Shorin-Ryu Karate. He also enjoys playing guitar and bass and performing with his band.
